2025 LAAFCA Desert Conference

October 7-10, 2025

Leading with Purpose: Forging the Future Fire Service

Now more than ever, we serve our communities in capacities that continue to exceed traditional fire, rescue, and EMS. The threats our current environment presents have never been more dynamic. Our success in preparedness and service will rely on our continued ability to leverage collaboration and unity. These are the very tenets that exemplify LAAFCA’s mission and enable us to remain a force multiplier for excellence in the fire service.

As fire service leaders, we live into this philosophy, are grateful for our rich tradition and lineage, and take great pride in accepting our responsibility of building a lasting legacy!

The LAAFCA Desert Conference provides a great environment to spend some quality time with other fire service leaders and some outstanding presenters.
