Now more than ever, we serve our communities in capacities that continue to exceed traditional fire, rescue, and EMS. The threats our current environment presents have never been more dynamic. Our success in preparedness and service will rely on our continued ability to leverage collaboration and unity. These are the very tenets that exemplify LAAFCA’s mission and enable us to remain a force multiplier for excellence in the fire service.

As fire service leaders, we live into this philosophy, are grateful for our rich tradition and lineage, and take great pride in accepting our responsibility of building a lasting legacy!

Consistent with the Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs Association (LAAFCA) Regional Fire Service Training Strategic Plan, LAAFCA.org provides easy access to news, documents, and other useful information aimed at improving the region’s preparedness for human-caused and natural disasters, and for general situational awareness.

Chief officers from the Los Angeles region can apply for access to password-protected areas of this site. Once granted access, members may receive the RTG Intelligence Daily, which combines relevant news with current FOUO intelligence products for local first responders.
